Etelä-Savon elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskus on myöntänyt avustusta Netin Turva Oy:lle “Uudistuva ja osaava Suomi 2021–2027 EU:n alue- ja rakennepolitiikka” ohjelmassa. Netin Turva Oy:n hanke “Tekoälyä hyödyntävä tietoturvapalvelu” on saanut kehittämistoimenpiteisiin haettua avustusta 35 042 euroa. Osana “Oikeudenmukaisen siirtymän Suomi” toimintalinjaa toteutuva Netin Turva Oy:n hanke pyrkii vastuullisesti parantamaan suomalaisten digitaalisen elämän tietoturvallisuutta ja kehittämään tasa-arvoa ohjelmistojen suunnittelu ja valmistus toimialalla. Lisäksi Netin Turva haluaa tehdä tietoturvasta saatavilla olevan asian kaikille tasapuolisesti, ei vain niille joilta digitaalinen osaaminen löytyy jo entuudestaan. Hankkeen avulla on tarkoitus kehittää tekoälyä hyödyntävä tietoturva-apuri, jonka avulla tietoturvallisuus on saavutettavissa oleva asia, yhä useammalle henkilölle tai yritykselle. Hankepäätös on tehty 15.12.2023.
